“As Maxion İnci Wheel Group, we are happy to have achieved another breakthrough in our sector, and also motivated by this success award we have won in sustainability, in which we take effective actions. Our culture of always putting people at our center, as we do in every field and in every subject, of course, also applies to our sustainability efforts. With this perspective, we carry out exemplary activities that we will happily and proudly convey to future generations with the right investments in future projects. With each passing day, the topic of sustainability is coming to the forefront in our ways of doing business and in our activities. Seeing our goals, our employees, the society and the environment that we live in as a whole, we design effective projects in an effort to proceed with responsible and sensitive approaches and turn them into action. In this context, one of the aspects that we value the most is to act proactively to reduce our environmental impact. From the raw materials that we use to the waste generated during production, we shape every stage of the life cycle of our products in accordance with the mindset of sustainability. We are carrying out extensive activities to reduce our carbon footprint in a way that will serve the Sustainable Development Goals, while also implementing various projects aimed at water and energy saving. The fact that our energy project, one of the significant projects we have implemented in this context, was deemed worthy of an award, has given us strength in our long-term journey. I would like to thank the Sustainability Academy for encouraging companies in this direction. These types of activities are essential in order to create total awareness, which I consider very important for the success of sustainability. I would also like to congratulate my colleagues, who are our greatest strength behind this success and with whom we shape the future together.” said Mustafa Zaim, President of Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, making a statement on the award received.
