Maxion İnci Wheel Group recharged their batteries in the traditional ‘Family Festival’

The employees of Maxion İnci Wheel Group companies, namely, Maxion Jantaş, Maxion İnci Çelik, and Maxion İnci Alüminyum, had a pleasant day together with their families in the Family Festival held in plants on May 15th. Beginning with lunch, the event featured various fun activities such as an illusion act, electric violin show, İnci Foundation mobile library, and Balkan Band show. The Group continues to make a difference with its people oriented approach and practices.

Adopting ‘valuing people,’ approach, Maxion İnci Wheel Group, a leading brand in Turkish automotive supply industry, organized the Family Festival focusing on employee motivation and satisfaction on May 15th for the first time this year after the pandemic period. At the festival that has become a corporate tradition, the employees of the Group companies; Maxion Jantaş, Maxion İnci Çelik, and Maxion İnci Alüminyum as well as their families gathered together in plants and had a fun day.

Following the opening speeches of General Managers, the families had a pleasant lunch together. While the illusion act and electric violin show attracted the attention of the employees and their families during the festival, band music enlivened the day. Tasty treats were served during the festival and the families had an opportunity to tour around the plant.

“Gönülden İşler” team, a corporate social responsibility community of Maxion İnci Wheel Group, also participated in the festival by opening a stand and provided children with information about the Sustainable Development Goals on an interactive platform. In addition, the Mobile Library of Cevdet İnci Education Foundation welcomed children. To commemorate this special day, family photographs were also taken. 

Emphasizing that the Family Festival was one of the most significant examples of Maxion İnci Wheel Group’s vision to become an employer brand, Gülçin Tekin, Director of Shared Functions at Maxion İnci Wheel Group said: “We carry out our operations with a people-oriented approach. Therefore, all our employees as well as their families are precious to us. With our Family Festival, we hope that our employees come together with their children in our plants to have a fun day and take some time to recharge their batteries away from the stress of daily life. Even though we had to take a short break due to the pandemic, we are so glad that we were able to organize our traditional festival this year once again.”
