As one of the pioneers in the Turkish automotive supply industry, Maxion İnci Wheel Group won 8 awards, including 5 first prizes, 2 second prizes, and 1 third prize, at the Maxion Team Awards, held annually by Maxion Wheels.
Awards were presented to winners in the Contests for Regional and Global Maxion Team Awards, held annually by Maxion Wheels. Maxion İnci Wheel Group achieved great success this year and won 3 regional and 3 global awards. In addition, the Turkish teams that successfully represented Turkish Operations won 2 PD Ranking awards.
3 awards in the EMEA Region
Maxion İnci Wheel Group was awarded 3 first prizes at the Regional Maxion Team Awards, outperforming the Maxion Wheel plants in Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, and South Africa.
Maxion İnci Aluminum’s project “Reduction of Energy Consumption through Cold Casting” won the OPEX First Prize, while Maxion İnci Steel’s project “Digitalization of Quality Process” was granted the Best Natural Work Team Support Award. In addition, Maxion Jantaş won the Best Natural Work Team Administrative Award for the project “Automation of Logistics Processes.”
The winners of the Regional Team Awards also won Global MTA awards
The 3 teams that were among the winners at the Maxion Regional Team Awards were also nominated for the Global Team Awards and won the first prize in the Operational Excellence category and the second prize in the categories of Support and Administration in a Natural Work Team.
First and second prize at the PD Ranking Awards
In addition to these awards, Maxion İnci Aluminum won the PD Ranking Aluminum Plants First Prize, and Maxion Jantaş was granted the PD Ranking Steel Plants Third Prize.
