Maxion İnci Wheel Group achieved great success by winning 7 regional and 5 global awards at the Maxion Wheels Team Awards, which is held by Maxion Wheels every year.
As a pioneer in the Turkish automotive supply industry, Maxion İnci Wheel Group took part in the international Maxion Wheels Team Awards Contest. Representing Turkey Operations successfully, Turkish teams won 7 awards at the European and African Regional Team Awards and 5 awards in the Global Contest.
7 awards in the EMEA Region
Maxion Wheels Turkey Operations won 7 of 8 awards at the Regional Maxion Team Awards, outperforming the plants in Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, and South Africa.
Competing in the Regional Maxion Team Awards Contest, the Turkey Operations Maxion İnci Aluminum teams were awarded the first prize among aluminum wheel plants in the categories of Production, Operational Excellence, Management, and Support, while the Maxion İnci Steel team was awarded the first prize among steel wheel plants in the category of Operational Excellence. In addition, the Maxion Jantaş team won the first prize in the category of Production. Maxion İnci Steel also won two innovation awards, namely the "Most Innovative Plant Award" and the "Best Innovative Idea Award."
2 global awards in each of the categories of Production and Operational Excellence
A total of 12 plants, which were regional champions, competed in the Global Maxion Team Awards Contest in five categories, namely Production, Occupational Safety and Sustainability, Operational Excellence, Management, and Support. Maxion Wheels Turkey Operations was awarded the first and third prize in the category of Production, the first and second prize in the category of Operational Excellence, and the first prize in the category of Occupational Safety and Sustainability.
