As part of our recruitment and placement process, which focuses on getting to know our candidates closely, we utilize competency-based interviews as well as personality assessments, aptitude tests, and language proficiency evaluations, depending on the requirements of the position. In the later stages of the process, candidates meet with the relevant managers and teams.
