Maxion İnci Steel Plant Has Been Named the “Most Innovative Plant in the EMEA Region”

Maxion Wheels Regional Maxion Team Awards (MTA) Virtual Ceremony was held. Operating within the Maxion İnci Wheel Group, the Maxion İnci Steel Plant won the “Most Innovative Plant in the EMEA Region Award,” getting the highest score in the innovation category and outscoring the plants in Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, and South Africa in the EMEA Region.

Operating within the Maxion İnci Wheel Group, one of the pioneers of the Turkish automotive supply industry, the Maxion İnci Steel Plant won the “Most Innovative Plant in the EMEA Region Award” in the Maxion Wheels Regional Maxion Team Awards (MTA). The Maxion İnci Steel Plant outscored the plants in Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, and South Africa in the EMEA Region.

The Maxion İnci Steel Plant also won the “Best Innovative Idea Award” for its Innovation Representatives.

Talent Transfer from Turkey to Germany

In addition to these achievements, a Turkish engineer working as an Innovation Representative at the Maxion İnci Steel Plant was transferred to the Maxion Wheels Global Innovation Center in Berlin, Germany, in January.
